Dry Cantareira
Year after year, Cantareira, São Paulo’s main water reservoir, faces droughts and dangerously low levels. Yet the public remains largely indifferent, with memes and influencers drawing more attention than a crisis of this scale. So we created @Cantareira_Seca, a digital influencer that interacted with people and changed its mood according to the reservoir’s water levels.
We created a series of content pieces and giveaways to educate the public about conscious water consumption.
The website was updated daily using official data from the state government.
